Yesterday we drove north just a bit. Just to get out of town.The day was overcast, windy. The shoreline was peaceful, yet the waves were strong.
We breathed in the fresh, crisp air.
We found a few pretty pieces of smooth sea glass to add to my collection.
And we both wondered, why don't we do this more often?

This post makes me want to go on vacation right now.
Ay one time I lived near the Oregon coast and we used to drive over on Sunday afternoons. Many times it would be cloudy but I loved the wind and the water on those days. Great photos!
